Tennis Court Oath
The Tennis Court Oath was when the deputies were locked out from the General Estates. The deputies felt like the General Estates were planning or going against the deputies. The deputies had decided to meet in the Tennis Court which actually a handball court. They had continued to meet in which they had made The National Guard. One of the biggest outcomes of the tennis court oath was that it took power away from the nobles and royalty. They had swore to stay together until France had written there first constitution.
